Become a Benefactor

When a handful of scholars at the University of Maine founded Phi Kappa Phi in 1897, they stood at the doorstep of a century soon celebrated as a great age of innovation. Thanks to airplanes, automobiles and electricity, big change was on the way. By empowering the world’s best minds to chart fresh discoveries, Phi Kappa Phi helped create that bold new future.

More than 125 years later, the Society is still facing forward, gathering the greatest scholars in a community of shared service, then giving them the tools to explore new frontiers.

As our world faces new challenges – and countless new opportunities – Phi Kappa Phi’s motto “let the love of learning rule humanity” is even more critical in expanding the boundaries of knowledge. That’s why we’re inviting you to embrace that promise as a Phi Kappa Phi Benefactor.

Your existing Life Membership in Phi Kappa Phi demonstrates your passion, dedication, and generosity as a key stakeholder in the Society. Because of you, thinkers from all walks of life have explored space, improved farming, researched cures to ease human suffering, and conceived great art and literature.

Now, with support from our special team of Benefactors, we’re planning to do even more.

YOUR ENHANCED BENEFACTOR SUPPORT WILL MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR PHI KAPPA PHI TO BROADEN OUR IMPACT BY:

  • Increasing award and grant opportunities to deserving students.
  • Providing critical support to meet the needs of our 320+ local chapters.
  • Expanding our outreach and awareness of the Society's mission.
  • Creating a strategic plan to map the future of Phi Kappa Phi.

Your one-time, tax-deductible donation* of $500 will establish you as a Phi Kappa Phi Benefactor and ensure that we can continue our work to make our world a better place. Will you join us as a Benefactor and deepen your impact in our Society and help our members expand the boundaries of knowledge? With your support, we can answer the challenges and opportunities ahead as Phi Kappa Phi blazes new trails of innovation!

We look forward to welcoming you into our special team of Benefactors as we map the future of Phi Kappa Phi into the next 125 years! Phi Kappa Phi will formally and publicly recognize your support and commitment as a Benefactor on our website, in Forum magazine and other Society publications, and at special events.
