The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi knows that great scholarship requires time—time to reflect, research, write, and explore. That’s why we’re proud to offer the Mary Todd Sabbatical Award, which supports faculty members seeking to renew their passion and expand their impact.
Applications will be accepted between Aug. 15–Oct. 1, 2025.
Now in its fourth year, the award provides $50,000 to one exceptional faculty member to support a sabbatical or similar reassignment of duties. Whether your plans include launching a new research initiative, completing a major writing project, or deepening interdisciplinary collaboration, this award offers the support you need to focus fully on your professional development.
Why Apply?Phi Kappa Phi is committed to honoring lifelong learning and helping members create space for scholarship, reflection, and creativity. The Mary Todd Sabbatical Award is one more way we invest in the educators shaping tomorrow’s leaders.
