As we prepare the winter edition of the Phi Kappa Phi Forum, we're asking members to once again contribute their ideas to the theme. We enjoy reading your responses and choosing a sample to share in the print edition of the magazine.
The winter edition will center around the theme of leadership. When have you been asked to be a leader, and what did you learn from it? For Danny Heitman, Forum editor, a time he was a leader was when he lead a few civic clubs. What Danny tried to learn – and what he tries to remember – is the importance of listening to others. Few people want to be in a group in which only one person speaks. We look forward to hearing what leadership lessons you’ve learned along the way so others can benefit from your insights.
We’d love to hear about where you’re experiencing leadership. Chime in, and share your response to our question in our online member community Link.
The community is available to active members only, and you will be required to log in with your Phi Kappa Phi credentials. For login assistance, email webmaster@phikappaphi.org.
